To uninstall from an iPhone/iPad, the account owner should do the following:

1. Go to the device settings page. Login with the subscribed account if prompted to login.
2. Find the device you wish to uninstall, and click on it to expand its settings.
3. Check the delete checkbox
4. Click the Save button in the bottom right hand corner
5. Open the app on the monitored device. This will cause it to refresh settings and recognize the device has been deleted.
6. You can now uninstall the app from the monitored device.
